Add instagram support

It would be nice if Instagram posts could be proxied as well.

i had already added a first version (but not very nice yet). however, i don't use embetty productively anymore and instagram changed the api, i don't know if it still works. it also certainly does not meet my current code quality standards. but maybe it helps for a better / own implementation.

the problem with the implementation is, that it actually has to be done in 3 repos by splitting the code.
