Bug: No longer stays over full-screen application

Describe the bug
Oddly, it use to work, however possibly after a MacOS update, it seems to refuse to open over fullscreen applications. To me, conjuring my notepad anywhere I am is the most important app. I'm happy to contribute to a patreon if this gets fixed, I love your app @heyman ! ❤️

❗ side note: it fixes itself if you restart the app, so not sure what gets messed up while running.

To Reproduce

1. With Sequoia 15.1, try opening the app while focused on a full-screen application. It will jerk you back to an open virtual desktop to reveal heynote.

I'm still on Sonoma (I try to stay a year behind the MacOS updates to have a more stable experience) so unfortunately I can't test this out. In general the workspaces API in Electron is quite limited, but I'd be interested in finding a solution.

(In my opinion the whole implementation of fullscreen apps in MacOS sucks and I therefore I never/rarely use it)
