histoire build failing

i have a vue app "vue": "~3.4.21" where I'm trying to run histoire build but it fails . i have no idea why this is happening, although histoire dev works perfectly fine.

i tried many ways. even i tried to match vite version from here

i need some clue to staring to debug where to look up
