windows 构建失败 下载的demo 没做任何修改

突然可以构建成功，在Windows10上可以构建成功并且可以打开网页 但是在windows7上打不开
我下载了 https://cef-builds.spotifycdn.com/index.html#windows64:101 1 这个client 在windows7上是可以打开的，希望能帮忙看一下

准确来说应该是flutter不太支持win7吧。。。https://docs.flutter.dev/get-started/install/windows/desktop

flutter 3.16 之后版本的flutter engine的很多写法依赖windows10 sdk提供的能力，win7显然是被放弃了。
