##JupyterHub Instructions

To configure JupyterHub in Jenkins:

  1. Run the Initial Configuration Pipeline if you have not done so.
  2. Click Configure JupyterHub Token Introspection Token under the All listing.

To start JupyterHub in Jenkins:

  1. Log into your Jenkins server.
  2. Click Start JupyterHub.

To stop JupyterHub in Jenkins:

  1. Log into your Jenkins server.
  2. Click Stop JupyterHub. Note: Stopping JupyterHub stops all user Jupyter Notebook servers as well as JupyterHub itself.

To log into JupyterHub:

  1. Log into PIC-SURE.
  2. Do one of the following:
  • If you are an admin user, click Admin.
  • If you are a non-admin user, click User Roles.
  1. Click Applications. A dropdown appears.
  2. Click JupyterHub.

To add a JupyterHub user:

  1. Click Admin.
  2. Click Add User. A window appears.
  3. Adding User For - If not Google, select the user's authentication service.
  4. Email (required) - Enter the new user's email address.
  5. Roles - Select JupyterHub User. Add more roles if necessary.
  6. Click Save user.
