Describe the feature you'd like

I used Omnivore because of its shortcuts.
My flow was:

  1. manually open list/collection I wanted to read
  2. press 'j' to navigate to first item in the list
  3. press 'o' to open in a new tab
  4. navigate via vimium (j-down, k-up, d-pagedown, u-pageup) and read the article
  5. ctrl+w (chrome shortcut to close current tab
  6. press 'e' to archive current item
  7. optionally press 'l' to adjust tags
  8. goto 2. and repeat

So main shortcuts mostly appreciated would be

  • 'j' for navigating one item down
  • 'k' for navigating one item up
  • 'o' for opening article in new tab
  • 'e' for archiving selected

Describe the benefits this would bring to existing Hoarder users

If anybody would have problem with carpals as I do. They would really appreciate option to use keyboard only for reading in this gread read-it-later app 😊

Can the goal of this request already be achieved via other means?

Partially with vimium, but with a lot of keyboard clicks instead of just few

Have you searched for an existing open/closed issue?

  • I have searched for existing issues and none cover my fundamental request
