Allow custom prompt for page summary

We do have the ability to add custom prompts for the tag generation of text and images. But these prompt adjustmenrts only applies to the creation of tags.

Since the page summary was intruduced, it would be great if we can also add custom prompt for this.

Something like:
"If the content of the text is written in German, please send your reply back in German"

Adding "summary" to the "Custom Prompt" drop down should allow an easy implementation.

Describe the benefits this would bring to existing Hoarder users

More granular adjustments for creating page summaries.

Can the goal of this request already be achieved via other means?

At least not via the frontend.
