feat: Import browser bookmarks

Describe the feature you'd like to request

Importing browser bookmarks onto homarr.
Importing from oldmarr is all nice and good, but for new users looking to import the links they've been saving as bookmark until then, it would be nice to support importing links directly onto apps and exporting as normalized bookmark format too.

Describe the solution you'd like to see

Import/export buttons on apps management page.
Support for HTML bookmark files both ways.

Additional information

Harder part might be to retrieve an image/icon/logo for each link.
