Reproducible when only having dash to panel extension enabled.
Odd behavior rather than error traceable by logs
Haven't found this.
Describe the bug
I set up Dash to Panel on two screens on Xorg. Screen 1 runs panel on the left side screen 2 runs panel at the top.
When switching to Wayland the settings get inverted, showing screen 1 panel on screen 2 and scren 2 panel on screen 1. https://imgur.com/a/dR6C9JY
On the first image we see that primary monitor is selected and panel screen position Left is highlighted. On the second image, this panel settings are now actually applied to Monitor 2 instead of Primary monitor.
Linux distribution and version
Arch
GNOME Shell version
47, reproducible also on 45 and 46
Dash-to-Panel version
63
Where was Dash-to-Panel installed from?

extra information
Seems to be happening with all Gnome Extensions, Tiling Shell also switches the tiling layout for each screen when switching from Xorg to Wayland.
