Cant sort favorites

Hello, first of all: I don't know if it's a bug, it may well be my fault. However, since I upgraded from Ubuntu 22.04 to 24.04, I can no longer sort my favorites in the app bar, as shown in the video. The application bar is also not locked, so that's not the problem.
I use Ubuntu 24.04 with Dash to Panel 63 and Gnome 46
