HDMI IP Encoder Settings

I'm using an HDMI IP encoder to view the cameras on my security system. I'm using an app called Glancecam to view it, and I'd like to do the same with this homebridge plugin. For Glancecam, all I have to input is this address and it immediately picks it up: rtsp://10.0.0.225/0

However, that doesn't work for me with this plugin when I input the above address into MQTT Server field. What am I missing?
