Pixelization of the video stream

Hello, I have HTTP stream from ESP32-CAM connected via this plugin to Homebridge. But when I compare the quality of the video stream via web browser and via Homekit it is very much pixelated in homekit and not in the browser. Is it a matter of the homekit, homebridge or this plugin and can it be somehow updated so it is equal?

I have it set like this:
"source": "-re -f mjpeg -i https://xyzqko.com/stream"
