Next button continues after last page

I am having an issue where the Next button is not being disabled on the last page. The user can click the button and the result is a blank page and the page label looks like 'Page 5 out of 4'. Also, I just realized that the Previous button does not get disabled when returning to the first page. It starts out disabled, then when you go forward and back again, it let's you keep going back. Then you get 'Page 0 out of 4' and 'Page -1 out of 4'.
