More consistent flow and look, 1 August 2019

• user a not able to see bookmarks button if he has no bookmarks
• loading screens for creating post and for updating profile now have explaining text
• bottom action row on read post now have the buttons rearranged for a better user experience
• buttons on create post are now displayed smoothly with decent margins
• some other improvements and fixes included

refactored lists to implement get() instead of snapshot listeners
made the front-end to only query user's posts, subscribers and subscriptions if there is something to display
added a splash screen
