Actual Behaviour

There is no clickable link to take you to the Resources section.

Expected Behaviour

Was trying to find the the Participatory Mapping Toolkit but couldn't find it through navigating the website.

Steps to reproduce it

Typed Toolkit in the search function, which took me to the news update page (https://www.hotosm.org/updates/participatory-mapping-toolkit-a-guide-for-refugee-contexts/), which had the link (https://www.hotosm.org/resources/participatory-mapping-toolkit/)
