Currently handled by analyze script (see #639)

Introduce a checkmark to mark a guideline as "missing (not enough data)"
Add explanation that this is handled by app and done to achieve same behavior in app when guideline is missing
Should not be counted in indicator
Should be automatically unstaged
Remove from analyze script
