On the drug detail page, show a gene phenotype as "Not tested", if no phenotype is present for a gene (currently "Indeterminate").
Could also test explicitly for "not tested" (gene not in lab report) or "indeterminate" (gene in lab report but not in lookups) – this case will not happen, as we use the lab's phenotype and preprocess data to ensure that CPIC and lab phenotype match. Also, the lab phenotype is required.
