For presenting forest plots we need the effect estimate and confidence interval in separate columns in report_table().
See maicplus/design/Forest_Plot_design.Rmd for more details.

  • modify report_table to have separate columns for effect estimate and CI
  • add test for report_table
  • Check and adapt downstream functions as necessary
    • maic_tte_unanchor()
    • other print and plot functions
    • add test for anything changed
