Carbon Fields no longer working after WP 6.1.5

I previously opened an issue here: #1196, and it appears this issue is not specific to the "file" field type.

I'm unsure how to troubleshoot, as ZERO errors are thrown.

This is a global issue of data not being saved upon an "update" of any post type with carbon fields.

Please let me know what I can provide to help troubleshoot and resolve this. The corresponding link in the prior issue has most of the server specifications.

This is affecting all our client sites, and we can't keep them rolled back to WP 6.1.5 indefinitely.

PHP version: 8.1.27
Carbon Fields: 3.6.3

Is this project abandoned? Multiple issues opened with the same breakage and no responses from the owners?
