Audit log screen takes long time to load and sometimes timeout #648

Steps to reproduce:

Login to wp-admin
Visit WP Streams - if there are a lot of logs the request will be incomplete and sometimes timeout

Learned that this is due CloudWatch API. Created an issue to track.
