SPIKE: Switch to John Godley's Redirection plugin for redirects #345

Don't mind switching if there's significantly better solutions, but we need to be careful about the migration here and ensure it's not lossy; one difficulty with the various redirection plugins is that the way redirections work is slightly different across the various plugins (e.g. query args, etc), so we'd need to make sure that's all retained |

Description
The current HM Redirects plugin is a holdover from the WordPress.com VIP days when no other tables were allowed. There are better options out there with better usability and features, that with a little work could be made suitable for enterprise.
The current HM Agency recommendation is the Redirection plugin:
