Support inclusion of Shiny figures for improved interactivity.

Required features

Support figure numbering and referencing
allow for switching between this and other formats via the format option
export PDF of figure with current parameters (via the usual link in the figure caption)

Desirable features for this include

automatically generate shiny figure from ggplot object (not sure to what extend this is possible)
