Recently, Shuko requested some information on Iroha 2 performance and factors influencing it in the community chat.

Is there a way to provide some estimated performance given certain factors?
We are just looking for a general approximation; for example, assuming a network latency to be guaranteed under a certain threshold, X nodes and Y tps, it would be useful to know whether the network performance would be High, Medium, or Low.
If that's not possible to determine approximately, then which would be the factors besides the ones mentioned?
