Fabric Test network: update node version

Hello,

Please, update the node version supported in peer chaincode. Currently it is still in 12.16, and I have some features available only in version 15.6 :'(

it is the worst doc in the world i have ever seen, mixed with test network ,production network, tutorial, and old doc with new updates, which bring a disaster for the project, don't know what is correct. why dont we put like step 1, step 2 , step 3 for whatever
