Fedora 28 has i-nex packaged in its standard repositories. This could be reflected on http://i-nex.linux.pl/install/

We're now up to Fedora 38 (with 39 due in the fall), and like @almereyda says i-nex is in the official repos — to install it (version 7.6.1, currently, in Fedora 38) w/ all dependencies requires only:

$ sudo dnf install i-nex

Actually, never mind, the I-Nex package has been dropped from Fedora 39+.
