I attempted to join the discord to no avail as the captcha bot is not working- so I hope I can find some help here!

I have looked everywhere I could for a solution, but no matter what I do I cannot find a way to make it so anybody can use the Player Outfit Rooms without an citizenid/identifier.

Is there something I'm missing? Have I not gotten enough sleep? Removing the Citizen ID section only throws up errors.

I've tried leaving the Citizen ID blank but then nothing at all happens despite no errors. Any help? Thank you in advance.
