Describe the bug
Closed door detection trigger fires on all closed doors, but cannot create them as "special doors" (e.g., "front door") when their name does not include a direction (e.g., "east door").

To Reproduce
Walk through an exit with a closed door that is named something other than a cardinal direction.

Expected behavior
Ultimately, it could be designed to add the door to the reverse direction from which one just walked.
