Did 0.21.0 break 'Throw focused window to x' shortcuts?

Hey friends,

This functionality stopped working for me with the newest release. Tried changing to a different keyboard shortcut but no matter what I change to, when I press and of those shortcuts, it appears to rotate focus on the current space instead.

Any guidance appreciated.
