- In the {{site.data.keyword.cloud_notm}} docs menu, click Console to open the {{site.data.keyword.cloud_notm}} console.
- Verify that the correct account is selected in the {{site.data.keyword.cloud_notm}} console menu bar. If the account that's displayed in the console menu bar is not the account that has access, switch to the correct account by selecting the account from the drop-down menu.
- Return to the {{site.data.keyword.cloud_notm}} docs page that you were trying to access, and reload the page.
