Customer upgrade upgrade from RSU1912 to RSU2005 and hit error:

DFHSJ1304 E 08/26/2020 15:12:12 ASU0C24L ASU0C24L NODEJSAPP OBSUIBU1 has ended abnormally with return code 2,000.
DFHRL0132 I 08/26/2020 15:12:12 ASU0C24L CNJL All defined resources for BUNDLE OBSUIBU1 are now in the disabled state.

CICS Support team has reviewed the case and find other than the CICS RSU level changing (CICS RSU upgrade from 1912 to 2005, no change in NODE.JS, the NODE.is v8.16.2 in both RSU) there wasn't anything obvious that CICS has done to cause the Node application to fail to start up.

Message BPXI039I SYSTEM LIMIT IPCSEMNIDS HAS REACHED 100% OF ITS CURRENT CAPACITY OF 500 was found in both RSU1912 and RSU2005 run.

The 2005 level contains the PTF that adds support for Node 12. The customer is running node 8.

Viktor, re the above "The user also now seem to be getting different symptoms (i.e. msgget: EDC5133I No space left on device. (errno2=0x07050305) ) instead of the earlier heap OOM failure." seems no longer valid;

The response from Andrew today on slack (https://ibm-systems-z.slack.com/archives/G01C82149GW/p1602650476016000) just 15 minutes ago stated:

IBM question c) Do you still get any error message(s) such as "msgget: EDC5133I No space left on device" or the out of memory error, or any other such errors that you have previously reported?
Client's feedback: The answer is NO

Can you confirm the statement in your description and remove it if it's no longer valid.

Gaby, I removed the part regarding the "No space left on device" as per user's latest update.

There's still the "Message BPXI039I SYSTEM LIMIT IPCSEMNIDS HAS REACHED 100% OF ITS CURRENT CAPACITY OF 500 was found in both RSU1912 and RSU2005 run." error, which user indicated they no longer get such errors.

Viktor, can you get details on the "2005 level contains the PTF that adds support for Node 12. " - we should determine if it's somehow incompatible with Node 8 that the customer is running.
