Cave Descriptions -- Planja description not available and M16 plan does not compile properly

1. I've had to comment out the tamoka part of the M16 survey here as I get a compiler error saying it can't find it: https://github.com/iccaving/migovec-survey-data/blob/master/descriptions/configs/2_m16ent_to_NCB.thconfig#L75

2. I get another compiler error when trying to compile the planje description. I.e. from this line https://github.com/iccaving/migovec-survey-data/blob/master/descriptions/tex/descriptions.tex#L161 . I think this is because there is are no planje config files in the "descriptions/configs" directory
