[Feature]: Implement horizontal and vertical layout

• I have updated Mushroom to the latest available version
• I did a search to see if there is a similar issue or if a pull request is open.

Is your feature request related to a problem?

Current layout options appear to have no effect when specified. Multiple events within the look-ahead period appear as rows (like a vertical stack).

Describe the solution you'd like

Horizontal layout should appear like a horizontal stack card events in columns) and vertical layout like a vertical stack card (events in rows).

Describe alternatives you've considered

Even better if all events on the next “event day” appear in a single row, spaced like a horizontal stack. Events within the look-ahead duration show on additional rows, like a vertical stack card (one row per day).
