Any intent to create an annotator for image segmentation? Polygonal or Point-based

I tried another library called ipyannotations but it's currently broken. I saw this lib, jupyter-innotater, but it doesn't seem to support segmentation annotation.

Manoel, If anyone else is in a position to contribute such an enhancement, I'd be happy to accept it into this repo. Otherwise, the project would need some funding to add new functionality like this. Thanks, Dan
