Progression of the hero's levels

In Heroes 2, the number of experience points needed to go from level 7 to level 8 (1300 xp) is smaller than the one needed to go from level 6 to level 7 (1700 xp).
Should we adjust this for a more logical progression?

Currently: +1000, +1000, +1200, +1300, +1500, +1700, +1300, +2000, +2200, +2300, etc.

Could be: +1000, +1000, +1000, +1200, +1400, +1600, +1800, +2000, +2200, +2300, etc.
