Flutter 3.27.0 ? #1815

Do you really need to require Flutter >=3.27.0? Many of us prefer to wait for bugs to be worked out before jumping onboard with the latest version.

I explained here:

We did it in #1805 (you can read more about it)
The point is that 3.27.0 has a breaking change and it also affected our pub scoring (which works with the latest version of the flutter and dart)

I can check if we can remove the restriction but having the high pub score, otherwise, I prefer to stay updated with the flutter version.

If everyone waits for the bugs to be fixed, no-one detects the bugs and no bug will be fixed.
