Then the URL will be imglib.github.io/blog, which is nice and short.

We typically reserve the e.g. "imglib2-" prefix for Java components so that the artifactId names don't clash across groupIds. The name "imglib2-blog" thus implies that there is some kind of ImgLib2-based Java code designed to provide blogging-related API.
