populate amount from URL should choose other amount

Details

When populating an amount from the URL I am getting an invalid amount on submission. This seems to me because the default amount is selected but the inputted amount in the box is the populated amount which confuses the system.
When there is a prepopulated amount the "other amount" should be selected.
