Unable to create Table in PRD Tenant #61

Hi,
we have signed xtend from xtendm3@infor.com
For these xtend, we need a table. the Xtend team told us to create it manually :

Please see attached signed extensions.
For the database interface, there is no tool yet for signing. You still need to manually create it in PRD environment.

But when we try to create the tabe in PRD, we ve got a white page.
The user who creates the table has all rights
