I am using the module on Debian 8 and I will update the manifest accordingly.
To my knowledge there is nothing that would prevent it from working on Debian 9, although Shorewall does have a tendency to do things like rename configuration files and eventually stop supporting the deprecated names. I have not stayed up to date with deprecations, and so these might need to be dealt with.
Wouldn't that just cause the SECTION header to be a comment? From the shorewall documentation it looks like ? is right. What is happening if you leave it as is?
Hello,
are there any plans to support Debian 8 (jessie, oldstable)/9 (stretch, stable)?
