This pull request proposes the addition of the Apache 2.0 license to the PRISM Node repository. We need to implement this change before we can make the repository public.
The PRISM Node has always been intended to be free and open-source, ensuring accessibility for all users. Currently, a Docker version of the PRISM Node is distributed at no cost, allowing anyone to utilize it.
Input Output Global holds ownership of the code and disclaims any warranties or liabilities associated with its use. By adopting the Apache 2.0 license, we will empower users to freely use, modify, and redistribute the PRISM Node. This is crucial for the Identus project, as it provides an implementation of the DID PRISM method.
