Register the current CCU data to the database

Once the data sharing agreement is in place, we can start running the conversion from straight pandas to the IBL photometry format for the datasets on the mainen lab server.

• identify the list of recordings to register (critical or not...)
• write a custom temporary task that outputs the photometry.signal.pqt and meta-data file
• register probe insertions on Alyx with known regions and possibly histology
