9. Fixed ffmpeg-vaapi encoding memory leak issue#611 by PR#619
10. Fixed advanced profile VC1 decoding issue

Known Issue:

1. GPU hang when encoding 444 8/10bit in ICL issue#677, which could be resolved by intel-media-19.2 commit#6cc99540
