Why all vsm nodes must within 32 consecutive ip addrs? #569

In dynamically environment, it's difficult to satisfy.

32 consecutive ip addrs? No.
Support ipv4, but not ipv6.
BTW, from where, you find all nodes must within 32 consecutive ip addrs.

network mask must within 0 and 32
