Templates each have a ranking that is based on how many unique clicks it has gotten in the JSP webapp.
When the templates are used from Bluegenes, these aren't counted towards the ranking. name="Gene --> GWAS hit" is automatically included in the query XML, so can we check if this matches a template and then add a count towards its ranking?
@danielabutano also mentioned we should probably check the token to guarantee uniqueness.
This is not high priority, but the longer we wait after Bluegenes release, the more outdated template ranks will become.
