Upgrade Termin to work with Foreign Office Berlin as well

It would be mice to modify this repo to work with Ausländerbehörde Berlin as well. One can book appointments on the following landing page for Berlin Foreign Office: Ausländerbehörde. The site uses Session IDs to keep track of activity of the user. The session ID can be found in the cookies for the page.

One has to click the Weiter button and then the possible slots for appointments are shown.

Started extending the application to allow multiple scrapers so it should be possible to extend to support this site now.

It's configurable to allow parameters to be provided. e.g. to match what form inputs the site exposes.

Looks like it's not going to be so easy as the site relies on JS for a lot of the redirection.
