Add "Stored filters" to the advanced search

While the Flow Advanced Search is quite flexibility in its search capabilities, setting all the filters up requires quite a lot of clicking.

Given the fact that the most users search for the same things on a daily/weekly basis, it can be quite useful to let them define a sort of "template" search filters such as "All failed flows of the last week" or similar. You would then be able to apply this Stored Filter with only click in the Advanced Search.

Note that in order to get the most out of this, we probably also need to add some "relative" date filter options to the Search, instead of the concrete dates now (example, "last week", "last 10 days", etc).
