It would be beneficial for clin to produce a case report for NeoSeq cases. This issue lists all of the features to be considered in making that report, and lead to an implementation plan. We can then break that plan down into smaller, prioritized issues. Add anything to this list so we have a complete set of things we want the report to achieve and then we can figure out how to deal with each point, and how data will be entered or automatically populated etc.
New step at the end of the workflow (or repurpose the Report Findings step) to ensure all information required in the report can be added. This page will basically be a full, dynamic report, from which a pdf version can be generated
If we repurpose the current Report page, we will need some ability to quickly jump to report sections, e.g. the variants, or break each report section into tabs etc.
The user can click a button to create a pdf report. The pdf report should include the date of generation on it
