Phenotype terms prepopulated when loading own data

Also when loading my own data on the Phenotypes step there is the preopulated "demo" terms already filled in. As actual text you can select. I don't think we want it as actual text, but maybe the "ghost" text as an example but still empty that you can start typing your own terms. So they don't have to actually select the text and manually delete it

No ghost term. The terms should be there for the demo data and be blank otherwise

But this is not the demo data. This is the user putting in their own data
