  • Impact/Type filters not working for somatic only mode
  • Lock buttons to not scroll on filter panel
  • Badge filter icon when things are applied
  • Get rid of exclusionary somatic-only filters in drop-down when in somatic-only mode
  • Add NEW filters: single sample, variant type including CNV
  • Apply filters to list rather than tracks
  • Move active filters button to left of chip - 'Default Filter Applied' text initially, then 'Custom Filters' with color change and badge on button
