App only installs into my phone not others

Hi,
I've complied app. It works on my phone, and 5 other friends' phones it is not installing. I'm aware that Before every install, I need to remove on my phone and that I can reinstall but they never installed before, they accept unkown sources, than they also disabled "Play Protect" but installation only tells "Uygulama yüklenemedi" (Application couldnt be installed) Notting more.

I also download it and install.

Any suggestions ?

I give them release signed app.

to generate keystore:
